I am a licensed Real Estate Broker who has worked in the real estate business since 2007. My motivation to be the best in the industry comes from helping clients successfully buy their dream property or sell their current property. The trust and faith my clients, friends and family have in my abilities brings me the highest inspiration to help them achieve their goals and I am most grateful to be a part of it.
I have university degrees in both Tourist Administration and Sales and Marketing. With my background in tourism, I am extremely service oriented which also serves me well in real estate. Originally born and raised in Mexico, I went to junior high and high school in Aspen, Colorado, and worked in tourism there before returning to Puerto Vallarta permanently. I am fluent in Spanish and English so am fully capable of navigating the real estate world for you in either language.

I was born in Puerto Vallarta and grew up in this beautiful city all my life. I have prepared myself in the legal field as a Master in Law and I have extensive experience in legal matters having developed a career for more than 12 years in Courts of the Judicial Power. In addition to helping our clients find the property of their dreams, I carefully attend and protect their interests from the legal point of view, since there are aspects of Real Estate purchase and sale transactions that, although they seem quite simple, involve complex and transcendent sections. that require more attention and care. At Vallarta Bay Properties we can help with all aspects of buying or selling properties, since we have the experience, the knowledge and we are professionals in what we do, since our main objective is to protect the interests of our clients. Finally, I must say that I consider myself very lucky and extremely happy, because I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and at Vallarta Bay Properties they will always be in good hands.
Silvia, was born in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. She Graduated from the University of Guadalajara in 2006 in Administration.
She started her career, working for a company in the Telephone Communication business for a year and then she noticed that her passion was for customer service where she joined a construction company doing administration and sales for over 13 years, where she got a lot of experienced to helped her to know more about the construction business. That´s where she noticed that she was feeling her passion for the Real Estate Business and decided to do this as her new career for her new future. Joining Vallarta Bay Properties as the New Office Manager and in the Real Estate as the new Realtor of Vallarta Bay Properties, learning the whole process very quickly, from making offers and coordinate the closings.
My desire is to become one of the best Real Estate Agents in Puerto Vallarta, ready to meet and help all our future clients. And help the to find the best property for each individual client.
